Regenerating the Orara River

Stand by the banks of the Orara River to celebrate what's being done to care for the waterway that Coffs Harbour relies on for its water supply.

This workshop will be run by members of Nana Glen Landcare and the Orara River Rehabilitation Project - many of whom have been caring for the Orara River for over 20 years! Learn the history of the Orara River and the work that continues to be done to ensure the waterway is protected for future generations. All aspects of river health will be explored including:

• Water quality
• Biodiversity and habitat
• Riparian and native revegetation

Take home a free, native plant at the end of the workshop to do your own rivercare, or land-care at home!
