Planting Trees to help Koalas!

Let's get together as a community and plant some native trees to help support our local wildlife and the iconic Koala!
Koalas need your help! Together we can help make a difference and plant some koala feed trees, come and join us for a morning of planting trees, meeting likeminded people and chat about Koalas.
This event is supported through Cores, Corridors and Koalas - a partnership between Great Eastern Ranges and WWF-Australia to restore and reconnect critical habitat for forest-dependent native animals. The Jaliigirr Biodiversity Alliance is leading the project in the region.
Ages: This workshop is more suited to adults however children 7 years + are welcome.
Location: Linden Avenue - the planting site is between 12 and 14 Linden Avenue (Please see the image below for the approximate area where we will be revegetating).
What to bring:
- BYO gloves, water, food and refreshments
- Enclosed footwear and long sleeved clothing
- Sunscreen and Insect repellent
Accessibility: Please be mindful when parking and walking to the site. Take care when walking along the road and/or crossing.
