On this walk at Look At Me Now Headland, near Emerald Beach, intrepid young explorers will learn all about ancient sea turtles and travel with them on their great migration to far-away nesting grounds.
On the way they’ll explore the wonders of the ocean, face terrible dangers, and hear how these mysterious animals have survived, and made this incredible journey, since dinosaurs walked the Earth.
Please note: this tour is targeted at school aged children, and all children must be accompanied by an adult and are the responsibility of their guardian at all times. ALL participants (including adults AND children) require a valid ticket.
Age: 5+ years
Location: Meet at the Look-at-me-now Headland car park at the end of Dammerel Crescent.
Accessibility:
This is a 1.5km Medium grade walk (there are some steps and steep areas, it is suitable for people who walk occasionally).
