Flower essences have been used as part of the folkloric remedies of Europe for some time. They were made popular by practitioners like Bach. They have also been adapted to Australian native flowers. In this workshop we will explore how to make our own flower essences. We will also learn how to create a flower bath for cleansing your home or yourself.
