Experience a demonstration of mixing, filling and linking, with hands on preparation, instruction and sausages to take home.

We show you how we make our sausages, using local & organic ingredients and we explain the provenance of our cattle, the how and why we are so passionately farming the way we do. 

Learn about fat content, mince grades, the balance of ingredients, herbs and spices and try your hand at the process!

After the class, enjoy a local beer & BBQ and take home your sausage creations.
